PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: A NAPLES SPEC HOME WITH CAPTIVATING DETAILS
For this project, BHG Development gave Clive Daniel Home interior designers Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky full reign, and the two were involved from start to finish with both the interior and exterior plans. Together with Stofft Cooney Architects, the team created a modern contemporary oasis situated in the heart of Pelican Bay—the pinnacle of Naples luxury living.
Though it is a spec, this home takes custom design to the next level. With high ceilings, gorgeous materials and finishes, creative backgrounds, and an abundance of natural light, it is the epitome of modern luxury. The interior designers wanted to give the space a modern contemporary vibe with unique backgrounds and finishes, which can be seen in the various wallpapers and wall features, custom ceiling designs, and lighting choices.
The great room is spacious and comfortable, featuring alternating oak and marble flooring, a state-of-the-art wine room, and timeless furnishings. The kitchen is open and airy, blending soft white cabinets with natural wood beams and glamorous chandeliers for a look that is both modern and inviting. In the guest bedroom, the designers created a dramatic green and white wood feature wall, which stands out against the rest of the room’s neutral palette. Each corner of the home was carefully planned to provide a stunning, restful retreat.
