The newly completed spaces—including the Social Room, Card Room, and Billiards Room—have been thoughtfully redesigned to reflect both form and function. At the heart of the Social Room, a bespoke fireplace feature wall anchors the space, complemented by a custom-designed bar that invites connection and entertaining. Flexible seating arrangements now effortlessly transition from intimate gatherings to larger community events, while layered textures and refined finishes create a sense of warmth and understated luxury.
Throughout the design, a curated palette of ocean-inspired blues and grounded neutrals echoes the natural beauty of Estero Bay, seamlessly blending interior experience with the surrounding landscape.
