On a quiet Park Shore street just moments from the beach, a new model home by Borelli Construction of Naples makes a compelling case for living beautifully and living fully. Designed and furnished by Clive Daniel Home designers Kialee Lykins and Kaitlyn Kolek, the more than 5,000-square-foot residence balances architectural polish with spaces made for everyday life.
The first impression is light, texture and movement. Warm European white oak floors lead into living spaces where tailored furnishings soften crisp architectural lines. In the great room, a sculptural chandelier and layered neutral palette bring warmth to the home’s generous scale, while custom millwork and carefully placed art give each space its own identity.
“We wanted the home to feel impressive when you walk in, but never untouchable,” said Lykins. “The materials have presence, and the furnishings invite you to stay. That balance carries through every room.”
The kitchen anchors the main living area with European-style cabinetry, dramatic full-height stone backsplashes and custom stonework. A suite of Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances support the room’s clean lines and serious culinary function. Nearby, a fully equipped butler’s pantry—with a full-size refrigerator and built-in ice maker—keeps entertaining running smoothly behind the scenes.
The design has room for personality, too. A private office wrapped in a bold botanical wallcovering offers a memorable shift from the home’s quieter shared spaces. Upstairs, an expansive loft with custom built-ins creates another place to gather, while four spacious en-suite bedrooms offer guests a sense of privacy. The primary suite extends that attention to detail into its bath and custom closets, which include electric pull-down wardrobe systems.
“We gave each space a reason to be remembered,” said Kolek. “Sometimes it’s a dramatic pattern or a statement light fixture. Other times, it’s how comfortably a room works for the people using it.”
Beyond the interiors, the covered lanai opens to a resort-style pool and spa. A fireplace, built-in grill, swim-up bar and sunken fire pit with integrated seating create distinct settings for long afternoons and evenings outside. Outside Productions designed the landscape and outdoor living environment, completing a home that embraces the Naples lifestyle.
Borelli Construction of Naples brought the residence to life with thoughtful conveniences throughout, including a private elevator, two laundry rooms, a mudroom and an oversized three-car garage.
