Clive Daniel Home award-winning interior designers Jean Losier and Christine Loughery will be providing the design for Lennar Homes’ new Bougainvillea II model in the National Golf & Country Club at Ave Maria. At 2,799 square feet of living space under air, the Bougainvillea II Model, of the Estate Home Collection, features an owner’s suite bursting with light that occupies almost an entire wing of the home with separate walk-in closets, spa-inspired bath, spacious walk in shower, dual sinks and vanities, as well as a private entrance to the lanai. The two guest bedrooms each with their own private bath, and a den which is easily converted into an optional fourth bedroom. Taking center stage is the stunning dream kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the lanai and a separate dining area that flows into the great room. In addition to the ample space available throughout the home the two-car garage offers additional storage. In our select furnishings, you’ll see a lot of tone-on-tone neutrals blended with natural textures. Timbered brown accents so bold they’re almost black, add pop to select pieces making the textiles really stand out.
