CLIVE DANIEL HOME TO RENOVATE THE ESTANCIA AT BONITA BAY
NAPLES, FL – Mar. 4, 2022 – Clive Daniel Hospitality, the national award-winning commercial division of Clive Daniel Home, has been selected to renovate the interiors of the Estancia at Bonita Bay, a luxury high-rise condominium complex offering expansive views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The renovation’s overall master plan includes updating the two buildings’ common areas, corridors, and elevator lobbies, while subsequent phases will update the main lobby and social room.
“In a recent survey, our residents indicated that they felt a real need to update our residential elevator corridor lobbies,” said Beth Lachner, Design Committee Chair of the Estancia. “It has been almost 12 years since the last renovation of these areas.”
After interviewing several design firms for the job, Lachner’s team awarded Clive Daniel Hospitality with the contract. “The Estancia at Bonita Bay’s design committee was impressed with the professional and responsive manner in which the Clive Daniel Hospitality team dealt with and addressed all of our needs, especially working within our specific budget,” she said. “They have provided a beautiful vision for our building, which includes design concepts for future phases of our project.”
The Clive Daniel Hospitality team’s plans involve lightening up the spaces and giving them an overall brighter and fresher look. Nancy Woodhouse, Vice President of Clive Daniel Hospitality, said the team specializes in these kinds of renovations and often receives requests to beautify spaces that do not receive much natural light.
“We’ll be adding new custom carpet, new paint in a fresh color palette, a stunning new elevator lobby chandelier, and furnishings that will enhance the space completely,” she said. “Think gentle mists of ocean spray and the smooth undulating rhythm of sand dunes… Natural harmony is the inspiration for the colorations and patterns for this project.”
The renovation will be completed in several phases, beginning with the corridors on all 20 floors of each tower, for a total of 40 elevator lobbies. The work will begin this summer and is expected to be completed later this fall.
