CLIVE DANIEL HOSPITALITY TO DESIGN COMMUNITY AREAS OF WELLEN PARK’S EVERLY NEIGHBORHOOD
The team will design the neighborhood’s clubhouse, fitness center, and cabanas
VENICE, Fla. (April 18, 2023) – Clive Daniel Hospitality, the national award-winning commercial division of Clive Daniel Home, has been awarded the contract to design the interiors of the clubhouse, fitness center, and cabanas for Wellen Park‘s upcoming Everly neighborhood in Venice, FL.
“Working with Clive Daniel was an easy choice given their outstanding track record,” said Rick Severance, president of Wellen Park. “I have been most impressed with their ability to listen and be agile when working with design intent and our budget parameters.”
Partnering with Joiner Architecture, Kimley-Horn, and Willis Smith Construction, Inc., Clive Daniel Hospitality has completed the design plans and construction has commenced.
The clubhouse will include offices, seating areas, and a chic bistro. Perfect for owners and guests to gather for various occasions and events, the interiors will be bright and airy, featuring nature-inspired tones and textures—fresh whites, natural browns, and muted grays—for a feel that is unpretentious and comfortable while still elegant and refined.
The cabanas will offer additional lounge and dining seating, and the fitness center will have weights and cardiovascular sections, ideal for both the yogi and the gym enthusiast. According to senior interior designer Adnilem Barrera of Clive Daniel Hospitality, the amenity areas will feature a livable, modern farmhouse look, complete with unique backgrounds and feature elements to accentuate and complement the space.
“The design embodies a sophisticated farmhouse aesthetic utilizing higher-end materials, cleaner lines, and an inviting warm for an overall modern rustic appeal,” she said.
Upon completion, the Everly will be the newest neighborhood in Wellen Park. Situated on 11,000 acres in Sarasota County, the master-planned community currently has 11 neighborhoods. At full buildout, it will have 18 neighborhoods with 22,000 homes and more than 60,000 residents.
