CLIVE DANIEL HOME CELEBRATES THE LAUNCH OF GULFSIDE TWELVE
To celebrate the launch of Gulfside Twelve, the Dawn Mckenna Group and Dublin Real Estate Investment Group hosted an event at Clive Daniel Home’s Naples showroom this week with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, live music, and detailed information about the project.
For those who missed the event or haven’t heard, Gulfside Twelve is a brand new, 12-unit luxury development being constructed on the south end of Estero Island. Not only will the residences have direct waterfront access, but they’ll also have five-star amenities and enviable interiors. Each one will be between 4,700 and 5,100 square feet and feature hardwood floors, quartz countertops, high-end tilework, custom ceiling detailing, and top-of-the-line appliances—in addition to unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Four Clive Daniel Home interior designers are working to complete the spaces: licensed ASID interior designers Christine Loughery and Faith Ashley, and interior designers Robin Garceau and Todd Stevenson. The team has created two design options for the residences, one modern and one coastal, each with their own customization options. Both plans are inviting, warm, and most of all, luxurious.
Clive Daniel Home’s Hospitality team is also involved in the project. They have already created a stunning design plan for the beachside pool and are also designing all the buildings’ common areas.
