Naples, FL – June 20, 2019 – The national award-winning interior design team of Clive Daniel Hospitality has been awarded a contract to refresh the private foyer lobbies, fitness and atrium of the luxury 18-story Grande Dominica at the Dunes at 295 Grande Way in Naples, Florida.
“While preserving the structural architectural elements for the Grande Dominica main foyer lobbies, each will undergo a complete make-over,” said Nancy Woodhouse IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP Hospitality Division and Business Development. “The lobby no longer begins at the front door; it starts with the approach to the building and carries through in the entire public areas reflecting the lifestyles of the owners within this luxury development”.
Patricia Huamanchumo, of Clive Daniel Hospitality is leading the design direction for this prestigious property. The design team will add their design imprint to each lobby connecting directly to the exterior Atrium, while also adding impactful enhancements to transform the Atrium and Porte cochere with wood details at designated areas for the 19’ ceilings, installing an oversized chandelier. The plans for the building include new lighting throughout and brightening each lobby, plus replacement of all flooring including new fitness flooring. The overall design plan will revitalize the space into a more timeless, transitional design scheme.
The new enhancements will introduce a serene sea of blues for the color palette, enriching the owners’ experience for many years to come. The project is scheduled for completion in the Fall of 2019.
Completed in 2003, the Grande Dominica is high rise building located within the Dunes offering spacious condominium residences with spectacular westerly and north westerly views of the azure waters of the Gulf.
