Naples, FL – March 3, 2020 – The national award-winning interior design team of Clive Daniel Hospitality has recently completed a total renovation of the building lobbies, corridors and social rooms for the two 16-story Vanderbilt Gulfside Condominiums in North Naples.
Working in partnership with Jon Kukk, of Kukk Architecture & Design, Clive Daniel Hospitality provided total design services for this extensive, year-long renovation project. Each area was enhanced, including flooring, walls and ceilings layered in upgraded finishes. All new custom furnishings and lighting provided a luxury style while enhancing the owners and guest experiences.
“We incorporated a modern twist to a coastline property, perfect synergy from the outdoors to the interiors, creating a timeless lifestyle with soothing colors, introducing natural elements like the teak root cocktail table centralized in each lobby,” said Nancy Woodhouse IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP Hospitality and Business Development.
The design team of Adnilem Barrera and Patricia Huamanchumo added an oversized LED lighted onyx wall at each lobby. New reflective ceilings were lifted two feet, adding height and impact with the expanded lobby space and full-size windows providing a panoramic view of the Gulfshore below.

The CDH Hospitality team has recently been awarded contracts to complete interiors for additional clubhouses in five prestigious Southwest Florida communities during 2020.
Vanderbilt Gulfsideis a beachfront high-rise community located at 10851 Gulf Shore Drive on the northern end of Vanderbilt Beach. The community was built in 1981 and features two, 16-story high-rise buildings and a total of 142 residences.
