PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: A MODERN, REFINED HOME IN PINE RIDGE ESTATES
This home exudes modern sophistication, feeling both fresh and established at the same time. Designed by award-winning Clive Daniel Home designers Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky, the home is located in Naples’ exclusive Pine Ridge Estates neighborhood. The 4,477 square foot residence offers four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as 1,348 square feet of beautiful outdoor living space.
What sets this home apart from others is its incredible backgrounds and details throughout, beginning with the entrance, which features rich maple wood surrounding marble tiles inlaid in a striking basketweave pattern. The striking design stands out from the light, coastal designs often seen in Naples.
“We wanted the home to have a comfortable, inviting feel,” said Errett-Pikosky. “We went with a darker wood, rather than a light oak, in order to create a warm foundation throughout.”
The rich maple wood carries from the entrance into the great room, in a coffered ceiling design that highlights a three-pendant chrome chandelier above coordinating chrome accent chairs and an oversized lounge sectional. The overall color palette is quite neutral, incorporating lots of whites, creams, and taupe, but it is interspersed with pops of soft lilac and muted teal as well. The designers also included several metallic accents, such as a textural bronze-gold wallpaper on the great room’s entertainment wall and in the powder rooms.
The great room flows into the kitchen, which includes warm white cabinets and countertops contrasted against black counter stools and washed teal fabrics. The master bedroom is stunning as well, featuring a custom chevron wall behind the headboard. Each room has notable details and a distinctive feel that is both luxurious and comfortable—perfect for Southwest Florida living.
