Developed by Mattamy Homes, this exceptional community, known for its blend of custom estate and semi-customizable luxury homes, has unveiled its new Social, Fitness, and Cabana areas, all meticulously designed by Clive Daniel’s Hospitality team, led by Senior Designer Adnilem Barrera.
Everly’s design philosophy embraces a subtle modern farmhouse aesthetic, focusing on creating communal spaces that seamlessly blend comfort and sophistication, fostering a welcoming environment for social interaction and everyday living. Each of the three newly completed buildings—the Social, Fitness, and Cabana areas—embodies this vision through a harmonious blend of calming neutral backgrounds and striking architectural details.
Upon entering the Social Building, residents and visitors are welcomed by the inviting ambiance of real wood ceilings and a sophisticated fireplace accent wall in the lobby. The space, which features a versatile bistro area, is designed for community gatherings and everyday enjoyment. Natural light floods the room, highlighting the tall ceilings and creating an open, airy atmosphere. The bistro’s chic blue kitchen cabinetry, adorned with accent gold hardware, serves as a stylish focal point while maintaining a relaxed, welcoming vibe.
The Fitness Building boasts a thoughtfully designed interior with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetics. Here, the design incorporates wood tray ceilings reflected in the flooring pattern, providing a cohesive and elevated look. Entry cabinets are strategically integrated to offer convenient storage solutions for yoga mats and keys, ensuring that the space remains organized and user-friendly for all visitors.
The Cabana area stands out as a remarkable feature of the Everly community. This space is highlighted by a striking see-through fireplace that adds both character and warmth, seamlessly bridging the indoor and outdoor environments. On the outdoor side, the Cabana features a built-in grill with an Ansul hood, catering to outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Complemented by food prep areas and ample storage solutions, the design ensures a functional and enjoyable grilling experience.
