Two leaders in luxury living—Clive Daniel Home and Lutgert Construction—have joined forces to reimagine the amenity spaces at Esperia at Bonita Bay, an iconic high-rise community serving both Esperia South and Seaglass residents.
As the original developer behind many of Bonita Bay’s most distinguished towers—including Vistas, Horizons, Estancia, Azure, Esperia South, and Tavira—The Lutgert Companies helped shape the skyline of Southwest Florida. Today, they continue that legacy by partnering with Clive Daniel Home to breathe new life into the community’s club-level spaces.
Renovation work kicked off this summer with an exciting reveal slated for fall. The transformation includes a full reimagining of the Social Room, Card Room, and Billiards Room, blending modern functionality with coastal sophistication. Think: a bespoke fireplace feature wall, a custom bar built for entertaining, curated seating areas that flex between intimate gatherings and HOA-scale meetings—all wrapped in a timeless palette of ocean blues and earthy neutrals that mirror the breathtaking views of Estero Bay.
