Tracy Porter is a dynamic retail and business development leader with a proven track record in sales growth, operational excellence, and strategic relationship-building. Since moving to Florida in 1993, she has dedicated her career to driving top-line performance, developing high-impact teams, and enhancing customer experiences.

Tracy now serves as the Director of Business Development for Clive Daniel Home Sarasota, where she is bringing her expertise in relationship management, real estate partnerships, and program development to expand Clive Daniel’s reach within the real estate and design communities. Building upon her success at Robb & Stucky, she is leading new initiatives to strengthen industry connections and position Clive Daniel Home as the premier destination for luxury furnishings and interior design services.

Before transitioning into business development, Tracy spent over a decade in Sales Management at Beall’s Department Stores, overseeing a $20 million operation with a team of 100+ employees. Her leadership resulted in consistent sales growth, multiple industry recognitions, and a track record of talent development.

Her extensive retail experience began with Sears Holdings Corporation, where she advanced through various leadership roles, including District Manager overseeing multi-store operations with sales exceeding $175 million annually. Tracy consistently drove operational efficiencies, enhanced merchandising standards, and played a key role in leadership development, earning national recognition for her district’s performance.

Outside of her professional career, Tracy enjoys Florida’s coastal lifestyle, spending time at the beach and embracing the beauty of the Sunshine State. An avid traveler, she finds inspiration in exploring cultures abroad, drawing from global architecture, art, and design to enrich her creative perspective.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the University of Kentucky.
