Rodney Domingos

Director of Home Automation

Originally from Dartmouth, Massachusetts, Rodney Domingos brings more than two decades of expertise in home technology, systems integration, and project leadership to his role as Sales and Project Manager of Home Automation. Known for his ability to bridge technical precision with client vision, Rodney approaches every project with the philosophy: “Lead with vision, act with courage, and finish with integrity.”

Before joining the team, Rodney spent 20 years with Magnolia Design Center, where he earned recognition as a multiple-year Presidents Club and Achiever’s Award winner. For more than 15 years, he also served as a District Specialty Sales and Operations Coach, mentoring teams and guiding large-scale projects that blended technology, design, and performance.

Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science from Roger Williams University, where he double majored in Computer Information Systems and Business Management. He also earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Forensics from Bristol Community College, providing him with a deep technical foundation that informs his work in advanced automation and integrated systems.

One of Rodney’s most notable projects was a full renovation on Marco Island, where he coordinated multiple trade partners to deliver a fully integrated smart home. The year-long project included custom lighting, automated shades, a bespoke home theater, surveillance systems, and complete control integration. A standout feature was a custom A/V glass display, created with a California manufacturer, designed specifically for the client’s McIntosh audio equipment—entirely bespoke from the woodwork to the glass.

Outside of work, Rodney leads an active lifestyle. An avid softball player on a travel team, he also enjoys golfing, fishing, and maintaining a strong focus on fitness and nutrition.
