Robbie Hoskins and furniture go way back. Having spent the majority of his life in High Point, North Carolina—the furniture capital of the world—Robbie has cultivated a lifelong passion for design and a deep understanding of the furniture industry. He holds degrees in Home Furnishings Marketing and Business Administration/Economics from High Point University. Robbie’s journey began in college when he took a job at one of the largest family-owned retail furniture stores in the country. It was there that he discovered his love for helping people find the perfect furniture for their homes, igniting a career that now spans over 18 years.
As an analytical entrepreneur, Robbie has consistently created bottom-line impact through targeted business development and management strategies. He has been instrumental in planning, establishing, and directing the execution of sales, marketing, business development, customer service, and key account management initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals. His expertise includes end-to-end project management, P&L operations, team training and leadership, process improvement and automation, as well as revenue growth and optimization.
Caring and respectful above all, Robbie strives to foster an energizing, positive, and family-oriented atmosphere within his team. He adopts a coaching style of management, believing that solid teamwork is key to success. As an avid basketball fan, Robbie has built strong relationships with professional athletes, coaches, and referees, many of whom have become personal friends and have even referred friends of their own.
Beyond his professional life, Robbie enjoys playing guitar and traveling the world with his wife, Teresa, to discover new places. They have called Sarasota home for the past three years, where Robbie now serves as the General Manager for Clive Daniel Home’s Sarasota location, bringing his wealth of experience and passion for customer service to our team.
