Mark is a nationally recognized Licensed Interior Designer whose career has spanned more than four decades, bringing visionary interiors to life across Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Washington D.C., Florida, and California. A graduate of the prestigious Maryland Institute College of Art with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985, Mark has built a reputation for creating unforgettable spaces that blend sophistication, functionality, and timeless style.
Named to Who’s Who of Interior Designers from 1987–1997, Mark’s design philosophy was inspired early on by icons such as Ralph Lauren, Mark Hampton, Martha Stewart, Alexander McQueen, Coco Chanel, and Edith Head — creatives who transformed simple ideas into extraordinary experiences. For Mark, great design is never about the designer; it is about deeply understanding the client, listening carefully, and translating their vision into a signature aesthetic that feels both personal and enduring.
Throughout his celebrated career, Mark has designed for high-profile celebrity sports and film personalities, while also leading major commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional projects. His portfolio includes work for The Washington Wizards, The MCI Center, The Marriott Corporation in La Jolla, UC San Diego Health, and The Masonic Lodge in San Diego, among many others. Yet despite the prestige of these projects, Mark believes his next favorite project could always be yours.
Known for his ability to navigate challenges with confidence and precision, Mark approaches every project with a commitment to seamless execution, decisive leadership, and exceptional results from concept to completion. His greatest reward remains the emotional reaction clients experience when they first see their finished space — the smile, the excitement, and the pride they feel in calling it their own.
