Guided by her personal motto—“Don’t let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game”—Kim approaches her work with confidence, heart, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Kim joined CDH as Business Office Manager, bringing with her a strong background in management with a focus on training, development, and exceptional customer service. Her leadership and dedication quickly led to a promotion to Operations Manager in 2023, followed by her advancement to Sales Manager in September 2025. Today, she proudly supports the design team she loves, helping create an environment where creativity, collaboration, and success thrive.
Previously, Kim served as Training and Development Manager – Distributor Education, where she developed a comprehensive university curriculum and training program supporting a distributor network, sales, and marketing teams—an experience that continues to shape her thoughtful, strategic approach to leadership.
A graduate of Florida State University, College of Education, Kim brings an educator’s heart to everything she does.
