Interior Designer

Illinois native Jennifer Nippert joins Clive Daniel Home with a depth of interior design knowledge and experience. Her education includes studying fine arts at Joliet Junior College, interior design at the International Academy of Design and Technology, and kitchen and bath design at the College of Dupage.

At the start of her career, Jennifer opened a successful, high-end faux-finish painting company. “I created my own original designs, revamped furniture, and provided paint color consulting,” she says. “My business was very successful because of my business ethics, superb customer service, and dedicated workmanship, which always led to great referrals.”

She eventually added interior design to her services, and began managing all phases of various design projects, from initial meetings to design presentations to product selection to installations and follow-ups. Through these experiences, Jennifer was able to quickly hone her skills in textiles, custom furniture, draperies, and space planning.

Jennifer also has expertise in real estate investments, having designed and staged both long-term and short-term rentals for maximum profit. “I bring a unique understanding of what it takes to create an appealing aesthetic, as well as knowledge about how to furnish a home for maximum bookings while maintaining the beauty and longevity of the furniture,” she says.

No matter what kind of project she is tasked with, Jennifer is results-oriented and always manages to complete her work on time and within budget, and her clients appreciate her ability to successfully interpret their goals for their space.
