” “Inspired by a legacy of craftsmanship, driven by a passion for design, and dedicated to finding the perfect piece that brings every space to life.”
For David Martinez Jr., the world of fine rugs is more than a profession it is a family legacy. Following in the footsteps of his father, David Martinez Sr., a respected rug expert at Clive Daniel Home for over 14 years, David Jr. brings a new generation of passion, creativity, and appreciation for the artistry behind every rug.
With a background in luxury furniture and sales leadership, David has developed a strong understanding of how furnishings, textures, colors, and materials come together to create beautifully balanced interiors. His approach goes beyond selecting a rug; he believes the right piece can transform an entire room, connecting every design element while reflecting the personality and lifestyle of the client.
As Rug Department Manager at Clive Daniel Home, David works closely with clients and interior designers to discover exceptional rugs that complement their vision. From intricate hand-knotted masterpieces to sophisticated contemporary designs, he takes pride in understanding the craftsmanship, materials, and unique character that make each rug special.
Inspired by his father’s dedication to the industry, David is committed to carrying that legacy forward while establishing his own identity through innovative design, personalized service, and a genuine passion for helping clients create extraordinary living spaces.
For David, a rug is never simply an accessory it is the foundation that brings a room together.
