Interior Designer

"Music and color have amazing similarities. My training as a classical musician and 30 years expertise as an Antique Persian rug specialist enable me to understand the ideal tonality that should be in each home – from the ear to the eyes."

Born in Sydney, Australia to Lithuanian parents, Ada grew up in an international environment in West Hartford, CT with six siblings. Her early exposure to her father’s International luxury import business left her with a keen sensitivity to the unique nuances of many different cultures. Truly a woman of the world, Ada has an Australian passport and speaks Lithuanian, French, Spanish, and English. (Her mother speaks seven languages!)

Ada lived in Rouen, France, during her junior year at the University of Connecticut, where she studied fine arts, piano, and art history, and she later moved to Puerto Rico to work in corporate litigation as a paralegal.

For more than 30 years, Ada was the president of her Greenwich, CT specialty firm working as an antique Persian rug consultant alongside bastions of industry from New York’s corporate elite. Clive Daniel Home’s own “Miss United Nations” also served on the BOD of the Greenwich Symphony and other Greenwich non-profits.

Ada believes her classical music training has helped create her refined eye and tastes and the ability to relate to many cultures with total harmony.
