Naples, FL – February 24, 2020 – The national award-winning interior design team of Clive Daniel Hospitality has recently completed the renovation of three lobbies and corridors for the Grande Dominica at The Dunes of Naples.

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the Grande Dominica is an 18-story security building within The Dunes comprised of high-rise condominiums with sub-building garages and semi-private elevators. The residents of Grande Dominica have access to The Dunes “Plantation Club” with fitness center, tennis, tropical waterfall pool, spa, poolside bar, dining and guest cabanas.

Commented Nancy Woodhouse, Allied ASID, IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP Hospitality and Business Development, “With an updated design, our team, lead by Interior Designer Patricia Huamanchumo, transformed the three lobbies of this luxury property into a timeless elevated style. The renovation included new contemporary furnishings and lighting, expansive new flooring throughout two levels of the three lobbies and corridors, including elevators and fitness. Impacting the color palette design with newly finished walls and lobby ceilings.”

Added Huamanchumo, “We created a new sense of a grand approach into each entry by incorporating a high reflective stretch ceiling and accent wallcovering capturing the high finish of the new marble-like porcelain tile. The Porte-cochere and main entrance received enhancements with crown molding and wood detail. An oversized chandelier and refreshed stone surrounds to compliment the newly painted buildings.”

Built-in 2003, the Grand Dominica, Dunes of Naples, is located at 310 Dunes Blvd. It is just east of Delnor-Wiggins Preserve and Beach.

Added Julia Codron, HOA Chairman of Decorative Committee, “CDH was able to bring elegance into our buildings with a luxury design. We are all thrilled with the results.”

The CDH Hospitality team has recently been awarded contracts to complete interiors for additional clubhouses in five prestigious Southwest Florida communities during 2020.
