Naples, FL – November 11, 2018 –  The final tally of sixteen Pinnacle awards from the Lee Building Industry Association culminated a record-breaking award season for Clive Daniel Home. It was extra sweet because the event occurred just days after the eight-year anniversary for the upscale Naples interior design firm and home furnishings retailer. The design powerhouse also walked away with honors for the coveted Best Showroom award, making an impressive total of 360 awards amassed by the company since opening in 2011.

During the awards gala on November 9 at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center in Fort Myers, the company won five Pinnacles in the Remodeling categories. Multiple award-winning Interior designers Sheree Woods and Myra Cogen, ASID won for their Grey Oaks Best Bath Remodel over $50,000. Michael Scott, Allied ASID and Thomas Riker were winners in the Whole House Remodel under $250,000 category for a Vanderbilt private residence remodel. They also won in the Best Kitchen Remodel over $80,000 for the same home. Kathy Monahan won a Pinnacle for her Best Outdoor Living Space Remodel under $50,000 for a private residence. Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen earned a Pinnacle for the Whole House Remodel between $250,000 and $500,000

In the Residential Design categories, Reanna Rieman won for Best Interior Merchandising single family $300,000-$399,999 for her Jennings Model as well as Best Interior Merchandising single family $400,000 to $499,999 for her Clifton model.

Interior Designers Jean Losier and Christina Rosolia, both Allied ASID won a Pinnacle for Best Interior Merchandising Single Family – $650,000 – $799,999 for their Messina V home.

Best Interior Design Multi-Family Home $400,000 – $499,999 was awarded to Susan Trivison and Chantal Warmoth, both Allied ASID, for their Contemporary Coastal private residence.

Best Interior Design Multi-Family Home $500,000 – $649,999 was awarded to Gina Kadah for her Dunes Beach Retreat.

Perennial award winners Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen garnered three additional Pinnacles in the Best Interior Merchandising Single Family categories. These included the $800,000-$999,999 category for the Marathon III model; $1,500,000 – $1,999,999 for the Cambria model and $2,000,000 – $2,499,999 for the Le Ciel II model. The design duo also was also named the winner in the Best Interior Design Single Family $400,000-$499,999 for The Cottage private residence and in the $1,500,000-$1,999,999 range for the Tech House private residence.

The 85,000 square-foot flagship Clive Daniel Home showroom is located on U.S. 41 in Naples. A second Clive Daniel Home is located in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Pinnacle Awards were created by the Sales & Marketing Council of the BIA in 1990 and provide an opportunity to recognize and celebrate excellence in the residential building industry.
