ASID Interior Designers Jean Losier and Christina Rosolia of Clive Daniel Home provided total interior design and furnishings for the new model. The design duo has also guided interior design for two other Messina models for the developer.

Commented CDH designer Christina Rosolia, “This home features a very fresh, watery airy transitional coastal design. Finishes are clean greys and cerused wood tones throughout with accents of brushed and polished chrome. Natural textured fabrics are mixed with pops of watery blues and rich tropical teal tones. We designed the space to be used as a TV room with a cozy sectional sleeper sofa that can serve as a great movie room or as another guest room.
The lanai expands from the main living area to the private owner’s suite, providing a special space to enjoy the outdoor area.
