Clive Daniel Home’s hospitality division has concepted and designed numerous spaces collaborating with hoteliers, commercial clients, and extraordinary lifestyle communities to craft unforgettable environments. The team’s newest project is in southwest Florida’s Wild Blue at Waterside, the resort style community, in Lakewood Ranch, FL. The community is a stunning master plan with enviable amenities. It’s the perfect blend of luxury residences, high end amenities and outdoor living.
The inspiration for this resort styled clubhouse was its waterfront surroundings as we embraced the essence of the Florida lifestyle surrounded by nature and waterfront views. A combination of eye-catching textures, earthy accents, wood contrasting ceiling details, varying shades of blue and curated pieces have been selected to create a coastal luxury clubhouse inviting residents to savor the finest aspects of the coastal way of life.
We here at Clive Daniel Home, pride ourselves in bringing innovative design concepts to life, from inspiration to installation, and this project was no exception. With a lobby that makes a statement, high ceiling accentuated with antique mirror pendants and a double-sided fireplace to a striking wood slat detailed wall at the matre’d desk area that creates a bold, yet welcoming experience. Sets of barn doors with live edge detail creates drama to the private dining and serves as a backdrop for the main dining area. An equally important feature in the main dining is the dedicated wine wall display dressed in a textured handcrafted wallpaper and metallic accents.
Exclusive to the residents of Wild Blue at Waterside is a resort-inspired clubhouse with 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces where a concierge service fulfills the desires of active and social lifestyles. The inviting clubhouse provides a generous array of amenities to its residents that include a club room with pool tables, golf simulator, theater, fitness studio, private dining, main dining, pool amenities and outdoor bar among others.
