ESTERO, Fla., April,1st 2024 – Clive Daniel Home, the premier destination for upscale home furnishings and interior design services in Florida, proudly announces the completion of the Social Club and Sports Center installation at WildBlue, a master-planned community that embodies luxury living in Estero, Florida. This collaboration with renowned homebuilders Lennar, Pulte, WCI, and Stock Development marks a significant milestone.
The design team at Clive Daniel Hospitality was handpicked to oversee the interior design direction for both the Social Club and Sports Center. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding freshwater lakes and preserved lands, the team curated a design and color palette that harmonizes with the natural beauty of the area.
The 21,813-square-foot Social Club, featuring an exterior covered bar, terrace, and interior space, provides ample room for socializing, entertaining, and unwinding. It also offers facilities for outdoor dining, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Additionally, the approximate 13,801-square-foot Sports Center, which includes an exterior terrace and interior space, caters to exercise and leisure enthusiasts. It features a tennis pro shop, a well-equipped fitness center with dedicated weight and cardio areas, aerobics classrooms, and a spa and nail salon.
The design concept for the amenities seamlessly combines casual elegance with nature-inspired elements. Our objective was to blur the lines between interior and exterior, creating and inviting and relaxed atmosphere where residents can enjoy their favorite cocktail, group gatherings, or more intimate settings. The Social Club features a main dining area with a center bar as the focal point, a private dining space, a card room, exterior seatings, and outdoor grille bar, and a pool area.
Each area has been meticulously designed, considering the residents’ desire for comfort and sophistication. The use of furnishings and backgrounds inspired by nature, such as live-edge communal tables, soft blue accents, wood floor aesthetics, natural stone accents, and fire pits, seamlessly blend nature with classic design, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
