A defining feature of the home is its expansive pool deck and outdoor living environment—designed as a true extension of the interiors. A dramatic steel cantilever hovers above the covered terrace, floating without columns to preserve uninterrupted views of canal and bay waters.
The outdoor living room and kitchen form a natural gathering space for entertaining in the Florida climate, while a gracious exterior staircase connects the pool deck directly to the main living level—further dissolving the line between indoors and out.
