Sarasota-based designers Ryann Aoukar and David Richerson are currently crafting a fresh interpretation of the Organic Modern aesthetic—harmoniously blending natural materials, sophisticated detailing, and seamless indoor-outdoor living to reflect and celebrate the home’s tranquil lakeside setting.
Slated for completion in 2026, this stunning model will span 3,838 square feet under air and 4,779 total square feet. Not only will it showcase Clive Daniel Home’s signature design excellence, but it will also serve as the official Sales Center for Stock Development — making it a truly one-of-a-kind space that blends craftsmanship and inspiration.
