2024 SILVER FINALIST WINNERS
NAPLES, FL – May 2024 – The Florida Home Builders Association recently unveiled the finalists for the prestigious 2024 Aurora Awards, spotlighting remarkable accomplishments in residential, commercial, and remodeling design. This year’s competition witnessed an unprecedented surge in submissions, with award-winners meticulously selected from a diverse pool of nearly 400 entries spanning 13 states.
Among the distinguished finalists, Clive Daniel Home shines with an impressive four Silver Awards, showcasing our unwavering commitment to excellence in interior design. Additionally, the inclusion of two more Silver Award finalist winners, submitted by the builders, serves to underscore and enhance the widespread recognition of our innovative design partnerships within the industry.
Naples interior designer Sherie Weidner is the Silver Awards finalist winner for Best Custom Home 5,000 to 10,000 sq ft, a new home build in Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs, FL. A modern Japandi and Mid-century vibe with unique built-in features.
Naples interior designers Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky are the Silver Awards finalist winner for Best Single Family Detached Model Home – 2500 to 5,000 sq ft for the Atherton model they designed in WildBlue Estero, FL. A modern contemporary home with unique built-ins and dramatic elegance.
Boca Raton interior designer Ilana Aronowtiz is the Silver Awards finalist winner for Best Renovated or Restored Single House, a private home renovation that took months in the making for an architectural entertainer’s dream.
Sarasota interior designers Kelli Smith and Quentin MacDonald are the Silver Awards finalist winners for Best on the Boards, a model home within Wild Blue at Waterside Village in Lakewood Ranch, built by John Cannon Homes. This home is also the winner of “Best Overall” in the 2024 Parade of Homes.
Watermark ReDevelopment is the Silver Awards finalist winner for Best Renovated or Restored Residential Project at the Omega at Bonita Bay by in Bonita Springs, FL designed by Naples’ interior designers Susan Melo and Kathy Monahan.
The Biscayne II model in Wellen Park, FL by Homes by WestBay is the Silver Awards finalist winner for Best Single Family Detached Model Home – 2,500 to 4,999 sq ft designed by Sarasota’s interior designer Jennifer Wright.
