Oasis Custom Homes in Saint Petersburg is the newest builder we are proud to partner with. Their residential clients can now work with Clive Daniel Home interior designer Reaunetta Hatcher to create their dream home.
Bringing on an interior designer like Reaunetta to help make color selections, create floor plans, and choose furnishings is helpful both to Oasis and the client. Since builders can sometimes become tied up with the construction aspects of a project, Reaunetta can step in to ensure a cohesive design, reduce project stress, and maximize the client’s experience. Additionally, the collective mind of experienced builders, contractors, and designers fosters a depth of creative innovation not otherwise possible.
“It’s so important for clients to be able to work with designers,” says Reaunetta. “There are thousands of design decisions that go into each new home. You can’t just pick your favorite selections; there needs to be continuity and harmony between each in order to tie everything together.”
Reaunetta is currently working on four projects with Oasis in the St. Petersburg area. Each one is tailored to the individual homeowners, ranging in style from modern to traditional. In one of them, she worked with the client to design a show-stopping LED-lit front door with complimentary crystal light fixtures on either side. In another home, she has designed a stunning 18-foot stone feature wall and added beautiful architectural details throughout. Each project is a unique effort and true collaboration.
