Patricia Huamanchumo

Interior Designer

Working with determination for something we love is called Passion.

Born in Peru, Patricia has spent most of her life in Miami, earning her Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. She studied Interior Architecture at FIU and continued at the prestigious New York School of Interior Design, where she completed her Master’s degree in Interior Design. This is one of the top-ranked graduate interior design school in the U.S.

Prior to joining Clive Daniel Home, Patricia specialized in design for assisted living and nursing homes with a healthcare design firm in New York, She previously spent two years in the design and furnishings field in Miami. “I love working in the hospitality design industry,” says Patricia, “there is so much, we, designers can do to make a difference, creating comfortable, unique and functional environments. I thoroughly enjoy the unlimited design creativity that comes from working with the team at Clive Daniel Hospitality from designing hotels, restaurants and clubhouses.”

Patricia has become a vital member to the Clive Daniel Hospitality team and has left her creative touch on projects that include Vanderbilt Gulfside, Dunes, Strada at Mercato and Hilton Grand Vacations on Sanibel and Captiva Island. When she is not designing, Patricia truly loves painting and watching the sunset on the beach.
