KRAVET’S MOBILE WORKSTATION VISITS CDH
Clive Daniel Home offers one of the most extensive design libraries in Florida, housing thousands of samples of fabrics, flooring, wallpapers, hardware, and more. In other words, it’s a designer’s dream, enabling them to make selections with confidence and ease. This week, Clive Daniel Home designers were in for an additional treat: a visit from Kravet Inc.’s mobile showroom.
Kravet’s mobile showroom is a one-of-a-kind shopping shuttle outfitted with 5,700 of the brand’s signature fabrics, wallcoverings, and carpet designs. Just like its brick and mortar workspaces, Kravet’s shuttle showcases an organized array of samples coordinated by color. Designers were able to peruse the expansive selection and scan the samples to browse color offerings and see stock and pricing on the spot. They could also use an on-site digital peg board to search for furniture and furnishings, receive tear sheets, and even place orders with one of the brand’s sales representatives.
Many of Clive Daniel Home’s designers were able to visit the truck throughout the day and expressed their excitement about it.
“Kravet’s mobile workspace exemplifies a level of innovation and service that matches Clive Daniel Home’s own and is reflective of the unique ways in which the interior design industry is learning to evolve technologically without losing its personal touch,” said interior designer Gina Kadah.
