Kate Neves brings a thoughtful blend of business acumen and creative instinct to every space she designs. Originally from Cranston, Rhode Island, Kate’s appreciation for interiors began early, but it was after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management that she intentionally aligned her lifelong love of design with a professional career.

Kate built her foundation as a Design Consultant with Bassett Furniture and Havertys Furniture, where she seamlessly integrated furniture sales with design strategy—an experience that sharpened her ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and client goals. Since then, she has continued to grow into increasingly elevated design roles, expanding both her technical expertise and creative confidence.

One of Kate’s most defining projects began with a single client on Longboat Key and quickly evolved into a full-scope transformation. What started as a furniture project expanded to include flooring, wallpaper, lighting, and a kitchen remodel, marking her first large-scale design experience. The project challenged her to think holistically, manage multiple layers of design, and ultimately reaffirmed just how far her capabilities could reach.

What Kate loves most about interior design is creating spaces her clients truly connect with—those wow moments where beauty and function meet effortlessly. Her approach is rooted in listening, understanding how clients live, and translating that into spaces that feel both intentional and inspiring.
