Tanner Villani, CID, is a multiple award-winning designer with over a decade of experience building luxury interiors. He likes to incorporate design elements from varied aesthetics to produce an outcome that is unique, luxurious and layered. Tanner utilizes his trained eye for design to ensure that each project he undertakes thoroughly represents his client’s vision. He enjoys traditional design with a contemporary edge, incorporating lighting and mirror placement as well as pattern and texture coordination to make his projects shine.
Although he customizes each design to his clients’ personal tastes, Tanner describes his own style as British West Indies meets Preppy Cape Cod. As a native Floridian growing up in the Keys and South Florida, Tanner is uniquely suited to incorporate the best of the Florida lifestyle into each project for Clive Daniel Home clients.
Tanner’s love for interior design began in the musical theater world where, from a young age he worked on set and costume design as well as performing. His design interests led to winning multiple awards in state and national contests. This in turn opened the door to doing luxury interior design where was asked to stage a series of new model homes in Central Florida. Tanner found this to be a natural transition, having spent over a dozen years so far in the interior design field, owning his own firm in Florida and Virginia. He has also worked for several other design companies as both interior designer and visual merchandiser, garnering multiple awards for his work including the prestigious Pinnacle Award for design excellence and the Circle of Distinction 2020.
Originally from Key West, Tanner has an Associate’s degree in Interior Design and a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a minor in marketing. His outside interests include singing, dancing, sketching, cooking, and floral design.
